  • List Building: Simple Steps

When you're an Internet Marketer, what are your two options?

    Build a list or fail.

Those are your two options. It's that simple.

Many, many people come online looking to make quick cash. That would be nice, but the old idea about if anything seems to be too good, it probably isn't, applies online more than anywhere else in the world! You can spend months chasing the buck, running from program to program, hoping that THIS will be the one, or you can do something fundamentally simple and make money very quickly.

But you need not be concerned. List building isn't difficult.

Create a list building squeeze page
Set it up on your server.

    You send traffic to it.
    You'll start getting subscribers.

    Bang!

There are lots of ways to send traffic to your page, too:

    Use articles in your niche.

Write a blog regarding your niche
Get a pay-per-click advertising campaign going.

Start writing and submitting press releases.
    Study search engine optimization

    Learn how to make videos
    Find a joint venture partner

Plus, there are 10 more ways to start driving traffic to your list building page.

Don't even start driving traffic until your autoresponder messages are set up and ready to go. Give people tips, news, or just plain information about your niche, and present a product that's perfect for them. Just be sure you've already tried it and know that it works well. Anything less is unethical and if you don't pre-try the things you're trying to sell and they stink, the people on your list won't trust you much anymore. Trust is the most important part of building a list. If your list members don't trust you, they won't come to your teleseminars, they won't read your messages, and they won't buy the products you recommend. Or, they'll just plain unsubscribe.
